Proposed Leasing Restrictions via Covenant Amendment

Homeowners have continued to express their concern over the increase in homes being sold to rental companies who do not have a vested interest in the safety of our community. The Association will again be considering this leasing amendment (along with additional covenant amendments) utilizing the method for our Spring Ballot.
